Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. They apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the T&C set out below.


All product prices are shown including and excluding VAT. The price show is on ‘collection only’. Collection to be made from our unit in Armthorpe, Doncaster.

We may be able to ship your item but please contact us after checkout for a price and to arrange if possible.

We may occasionally make a mistake and misprice a product. Where we have under priced a product (provided that we notify you before despatch) we will not be liable to supply that product to you at the stated price. Should a product be overpriced any monies paid over and above the correct amount will be refunded. In the circumstances mentioned we reserve the right to cancel your order. In the event of an order cancellation we will provide you with a full refund for the amount already paid for that product.


All payments must be paid in full and in advance before goods are dispatched. Payments made on our website are processed through Paypal. Other alternative payments can be arranged please call us to discuss.

Returns / Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order with us at anytime before the expiry of 14 days from the day after the goods are received by you. You must let us know your wish to cancel by phone call, letter, fax or email. The amount you have been charged will be repaid to you within 30 days. You must return the goods. The return postage will be at your cost. Please return goods with original packaging. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods that you are returning. Please read the section ‘Delivery and Returns’.

Our rights

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and or change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any changes to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.


Items purchased are for ‘pick up’ from our address. In some cases we may be able to arrange delivery on your item. Please call us to discuss the price and arrange.


There are many reasons for wanting to return or cancel an order, however this is not a problem if you follow our returns policy as set out below. These terms do not affect your statutory rights

Incorrectly ordered / No longer required

You may return the goods in a new and unused condition along with original packaging within 14 days after delivery/pick up. The return postage will be at your cost. We recommend that you use an insured method for returning goods as we are unable to accept responsibility for goods in returns transit. We will only refund you for the cost of the goods and not your original delivery costs (if delivered) or pick up costs.

Incorrectly sent (Applicable on delivered items only)

Goods must be packaged up in a new and unused condition along with original packaging. We will then arrange for a collection and the correct goods to be sent out or full refund processed.

Goods received damaged in transit (Applicable on delivered items only)

All goods despatched will be sent out in perfect condition, with exception to those within the clearance section where any defects will be described within the product description prior to purchase.

Occasionally goods may get damaged during transit, please check your goods before signing for them. If for any reason you are unable to check your goods at point of delivery, please sign for them as un-checked. If goods are visibly damaged please sign for them as damaged and if there is a package missing please notify the driver that your delivery is short.

Damaged goods should be reported to us as soon as is practicably possible.

Following the above procedure will enable us to process any claims applicable. We may ask you to supply photographic evidence of any damages that have occurred.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods should be reported to us as soon as is practicably possible. We will either offer a repair, replacement or a full or partial refund as appropriate in the circumstances. Before returning any faulty goods please contact us with details of the fault, to enable us to determine the best course of action to resolve the fault. Any goods that have obtained faults/imperfections due to normal wear and tear or damage caused to misuse or neglect will not be repaired or replaced free of charge.
